Scoring

F1 points. Best three count.

Top 8 finishers each week score points on the F1 scale. Anyone who logs a lap that week gets at least 2.

Best 3 of 4 regular weeks count toward season standings, so missing one week doesn't end your season. The championship week is its own one-off.

The rigs

Same hardware
serious racers use.

Full motion rigs. Force-feedback wheels. Triple-screen setups. We run Assetto Corsa because it's what the sim community uses and the physics hold up.
Motion
Full-motion platform
Pitch, roll and yaw move with the car. You'll feel the curb at Eau Rouge.
Wheel & pedals
Direct-drive · load-cell
Real torque on the wheel, real pressure on the brake pedal. Not console gear.
Display
Triple monitors
Wraparound field of view. You see apexes you'd otherwise miss.
FAQ

Common
questions.

Email league@hacktivistsports.com for anything not covered here.
I've never raced a sim before. Should I sign up?
Yes. Week 1 is Imola in a Mazda MX-5 Cup — a classic, flowing layout in a slow, forgiving car. We walk you through the rig the first time you sit down. The sim teaches you the rest. Plenty of drivers in the league are first-timers.
What if I miss a week?
Best 3 of 4 regular weeks count toward season standings, so you can miss one and still race for the title. The championship week stands alone.
Can I practice between weeks?
Yes, at normal bay rates. Practice doesn't count toward your league time — only the lap you set during your 30-minute Racing League Run does.
Do I bring my own gear?
No. Wheel, pedals, seat, monitors — everything's at the bay. Wear flat shoes if you have them. Driving shoes are great but not required.
What happens if my time gets disqualified?
Off-track and wall-contact laps don't count. The sim flags them. You have the full 30 minutes to reset and run another clean lap.
Can I drive at any of the three locations?
Yes. It's one combined league with one leaderboard, so book your weekly 30-min Racing League Run at whichever location works for you that week — Tyrone, Bellefonte, or Boalsburg. Same combo runs at every location.
Refunds?
No. The season is locked once you pay. If you find yourself unable to drive, you can transfer your spot to another driver before Week 3 by emailing us.
Is it loud? Can I bring my kid?
It's louder than golf, quieter than a bar at 11pm. Kids are welcome to come watch. They can drive on a regular bay booking — minimum age 10.
